High Tea
oin us for an elegant and relaxing High Tea Party at Coopers Hall x Vagabond Coffeehouse in Bolivar!
Spend the afternoon enjoying thoughtfully curated teas, delicious bites, and great company in a charming garden-party inspired atmosphere.
Your ticket includes:
• A guided tea tasting experience featuring locally sourced teas with the owners of Rooted in Nature and Lees Bees Honey
• A beautifully arranged charcuterie selection to enjoy during the event
• An educational discussion on the benefits and stories behind locally sourced tea and honey
• An antique tea cup to take home as a keepsake from the event
Guests are encouraged to dress in “Garden Party” attire for a chance to win fun prizes! Think florals, sun hats, soft pastels, and springtime elegance.
Whether you’re a tea enthusiast or simply looking for a unique way to spend a Sunday afternoon, this event is designed to be a cozy, memorable experience celebrating local ingredients and community.

Valentines Dinner + Dancing
Impress them this year.
Join us in the romantic halls at Cooper's for a Bachata Dance class (look out Patrick Swayze; nobody puts baby in a corner) Led by Jennifer Reed, owner of Moxie Dance Academy.
Dress attire is comfortable but stylish.
Then after getting your heart rate up, join us downstairs for the culinary delights of Zach Salapack/ El Albatross' Kitchen.
Take your choice of a traditionally prepared prime rib with horseradish crème fraîche, and red wine bordelaise OR A Gruyere and spinach stuffed chicken breast. For the sides we have asparagus and truffled mushroom potato gratin. Oh and my favorite kind of dessert— a SURPRISE!
Keri @ The Barrel Room will be there with intentionally paired wines for the entree options.
Private Event
A private event celebrating a special person will be held at Cooper’s Hall on 12/27/25.
Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Celebration
We invite you to join us for our ribbon-cutting and grand opening on Thursday, October 16, starting at 3:00 PM. This will be an incredibly special moment for the families and friends who have poured their passion, time, and treasure into reimagining this historic space as a place that will hold the memories of intimate celebrations for generations to come.
The Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce will kick off the event with a ribbon-cutting and introduction of Cooper’s Hall and Vagabond Coffeehouse & Catering.
Immediately following the ribbon-cutting, we will enjoy “Sublime Classic” dishes from El Albatross, paying homage to the building’s history as the former location of Sublime Smoke. Enjoy specialty coffee and cafe favorites from Vagabond Coffeehouse & Catering available for purchase, and some sweet surprises from Haven Shala.
Adults aged 21 and over are invited to bring their preferred adult beverages. Consider supporting a local brewery, winery, or beverage shop with your purchasing power as we come together in community to celebrate this incredible milestone.
