Then after getting your heart rate up, join us downstairs for the culinary delights of Zach Salapack/ El Albatross' Kitchen.
Take your choice of a traditionally prepared prime rib with horseradish crème fraîche, and red wine bordelaise OR A Gruyere and spinach stuffed chicken breast. For the sides we have asparagus and truffled mushroom potato gratin. Oh and my favorite kind of dessert— a SURPRISE!
