  • Our DIY Event option if great for those with plenty of hands to set up and break down tables and decor! The package includes:

    • Access to the venue 8 am to 8 pm on rented date

    • Access to personal lift (elevator)

    • Access to 15 120” round tables, 7 6-ft rectangular tables, and 80 folding chairs

    • 6-ft prep table with basic utensils, storage, and food warming lamps

    • Refrigeration, and Freezer with 2 bags of ice

    • Double sink

    • Cleaning supplies

    • 2 ADA bathrooms with 2 stalls each

    • White linen tablecloths available for $15 per linens

    • Client closest items available for rent

    • Day before decor drop-offs

    • Staff to set entire venue, and break down/clean.

    • Access to staff during event

    • Two day rental for Ballroom with patio

    • Upper level ceremony site, with arch and seating

    • Staff to flip upstairs into reception area.

    • Full Wedding day access, additional access day before

    • Ceremony rehearsal hour, evening before.

    • Full wedding design consulting service by Lyss Wallace Design.

Booking Information

  • Booking your event at Cooper’s Hall is simple and straightforward:

    • A signed rental contract and valid ID are required

    • A 50% deposit secures your date and is applied toward your final balance

    Food and beverage are flexible by design:

    • You’re welcome to bring your own food and alcohol

    • Or work with our trusted in-house and preferred vendors

    Your rental includes:

    • Seating for up to 80 guests (seated or cocktail-style)

    • Multiple layout options to fit your event vision

    • ADA-accessible personal lift elevator

    • ADA-accessible bathrooms

    • A built-in bar with beer and champagne lines

    • Catering kitchen access (cooler, kegerator, sink)

    • Bluetooth speaker for easy audio

    • Cake or gift table

    • Heated, covered patio for year-round use

    • Food truck hookup access

    The space is perfect for weddings and intimate ceremonies, showers, or any kind of event, with a natural aisle and centered focal point. It comfortably accommodates full receptions with dining, bar, and buffet flow built in.

    • 4 priority parking spots available on-site

    • Street parking available on surrounding streets

    • Public parking available first-come, first-served, located directly across Canal Street.

    • You can request a PDF map for your guests upon booking.
