Booking your event at Cooper’s Hall is simple and straightforward:
A signed rental contract and valid ID are required
A 50% deposit secures your date and is applied toward your final balance
To keep things fair and seamless for all events:
All setup and cleanup must take place within your reserved time
This includes vendors and catering teams—no early entry is permitted
Food and beverage are flexible by design:
You’re welcome to bring your own food and alcohol
Or work with our trusted in-house and preferred vendors
