Booking Information

  • Booking your event at Cooper’s Hall is simple and straightforward:

    • A signed rental contract and valid ID are required

    • A 50% deposit secures your date and is applied toward your final balance

    To keep things fair and seamless for all events:

    • All setup and cleanup must take place within your reserved time

    • This includes vendors and catering teams—no early entry is permitted

    Food and beverage are flexible by design:

    • You’re welcome to bring your own food and alcohol

    • Or work with our trusted in-house and preferred vendors

    The upper level ball room is perfect for weddings and intimate ceremonies, with a natural aisle and centered focal point. It comfortably accommodates full receptions with dining, bar, and buffet flow built in.

  • Parking is simple and accessible for guests:

    • 6 priority parking spots available on-site

    • Street parking available on surrounding streets

    • Public parking available first-come, first-served, located directly across Canal Street.

    • You will receive a PDF map for your guests upon booking.
