Cooper’s welcomes you to come celebrate with us! We are officially cutting the ribbon with the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce to welcome the public to Cooper’s Hall and Vagabond Coffeehouse + Catering. We have lined up so many lovely surprises for you; including the local El Albatross offering “Sublime Classic” Dishes to honor the recent changes this building has undergone on its transformation from Sublime Smoke to Cooper’s and Vagabond. The community is welcome to bring adult beverages to pair with their meal, and we will have Vagabond’s specialty coffee and cafe favorites available for purchase. We cannot wait to celebrate with this incredible community. Ribbon cutting at 3pm; party to follow.
